Project Overview
Proppins is a next-generation real estate platform designed to simplify property discovery and listing management for buyers, sellers, agents, and builders. The goal of the project was to create a unified web and mobile solution that delivers fast performance, intuitive navigation, and scalability for a growing real estate ecosystem.

Client Challenge
The client required a platform that could handle diverse user roles, large property datasets, and high traffic while offering a smooth user experience across devices. The system needed to support modern UI design, fast search and filtering, and future-ready mobile expansion, all backed by a robust backend.

Our Solution
We developed the Proppins ecosystem using Laravel as the backend framework to manage APIs, authentication, roles, and data workflows. The website frontend was built with React and Tailwind CSS for a clean, responsive UI, while the mobile application was developed using React Native to deliver a native-like experience on mobile devices.
The platform was deployed on Nginx with Cloudflare CDN for enhanced performance, security, and global delivery, and also supports PWA capabilities for app-like web usage.
